  I went to see Dr. Robbins on 10/28/10 and this has to be the worst doctor experience of my life. I showed up 30 minutes before my appointment time hoping to be seen at my schedule time. Not only was I brought in for triage about 25 minutes after my appointment (with an almost completely lobby), the doctor took another 15 minutes to come see me. However, the most disappointing thing was that when Dr. Robbins walked in he literally spent 2 minutes with me! He asked why I was in, checked my ears and mouth and said "would you like a shot?", then said “feel better” and left! He didn't even check my lungs, temperature, or as I found out later, give any attention to the fact that I could barely speak with almost coughing out my lungs. The nurse gave me the shot and then handed me the prescription, I asked if I could get something for the pain in my throat like a prescription cough syrup and she said they would check with the Dr. and call me. That of course turned into nothing, I called that day at 4:30 and was still able to speak to staff, they assured the nurse would call with the Dr.'s decision, they never called. The following day (Friday) went by and I never received a call either especially since they close at 11:30am. Here I sit on a Friday night sick as a dog, with nothing to relieve my sore throat, a very ineffective antibiotic and plenty to be upset about. In my opinion this Dr. is not even worth spending your co-pay. Trust me, do not go see this guy if you want quality medical care and attention. It's obvious he does not care about keeping his patients or getting referrals. He is a disgrace to the medical field.
